“After a search on the Better Business Bureau website I contacted Derek at BRM Water Conditioning when my 15 year old softener failed. Derek recommended putting a new metering head on the old resin tank as the most economical solution. As I use KCl instead of salt to preserve my septic field he said a metering head would also save significant money on supplies as the unit would only regenerate when necessary. BRM showed up on time, tested my water to determine the best settings, and did the switchover. Unfortunately there was a mechanical problem with the new head which only showed up after a couple of weeks. I phoned BRM on a Sunday, they got back to me the same day, and came out early the following week and replaced a defective part. In short BRM gave me good value and great after sales service. They well deserve their A+ BBB rating and I would not hesitate to recommend BRM Water Conditioning for any water treatment needs.
